The Bay-Lakes Council has created a website full of activities your Scouts can do from home while we are all practicing social distancing. This website has activities for boys and girls grades k-12 and new content is added Weekly:

Please Share this site with all of your friends and parents at your Schools. Everyone is welcome to use this resource for their families to benefit from Scouting.

Cub Scouts: This has required adventures on the 30-day challenge for each Cub Scout Rank. This will help them do as much as they can to complete their badge at home. Parents, keep track and communicate with your Den Leaders and Cubmaster about what has been completed. A Scout is Trustworthy.
Also, consider virtual Den Meetings and Troop Meetings to stay connected during these times. Reach out to Patrick O'Brien, Hiawathaland District Director with any questions.

The Time is Now to Take Our Online Training's!
This is a great time for all Leaders to update their training on

Cub Scout Leaders: Click here for the list of online courses to take to be trained.

Scouts, BSA Troops: Click here for the list of Courses needed to be Trained.

Venturing Leaders Training Courses: Click here for the list.

We especially stress that ALL Den Leaders, Cubmasters, Scoutmasters and Crew Advisers complete their Training's. We firmly believe that a Trained Leader is more Confident, has more fun and the Scouts have more fun.

Now is also a Great time to re-take Youth Protection Training, so you are good for two more years!
Thank You for Your Support of Scouting!

We are just over 50% of our District goal! Can you help us reach 100%? We need to raise another $8,400.

Right now, for every $1 donated to our Friends of Scouting Campaign, an anonymous donor will give us $1 towards our camp maintenance fund to be used this summer. That’s right – when you donate, your gift is doubled to help even more!

We are asking for your support to help us continue the Scouting movement by making a modest donation HERE. Make sure to put Hiawathaland District and your unit number to give us credit.
